Alright, so I need to pay my invoice with Dr. Thompson. I went to their website and it's asking for a account ID number. Problem is, I have absolutely no idea where that is. I've scoured my emails, insurance paperwork, but nothing! Could someone please point me in the right direction? Is there a phone number I can reach out to? Could it be in my
